Many larger ministries need to take a much-larger percentage of the funds, because their accountability and responsibilty to so many donors and mission projects is HUGE; but that's not necessarily bad. Part of what God has called them to do is to proclaim the need, and to help multitudes of people. The most important thing is that your family PRAYS and simply obeys the Lord's guidance - and give where He tells you to give. And local chuches, as a whole, definitely need to give more to MISSIONS.

Well, I don't like those percentages. What is the most effective way to give to missions where there is the least filters taking from the gift?
