Sometimes parenting becomes exhausting and it is a long race. Whenever I purpose to nip things in the bud immediately, with lined out consequences, I find that within a day & a half there is a significant improvement around the house. I am wrestling with the TV's purpose in our lives, it is my enemy to time management at times but also an entertainment we enjoy in the evenings particularly. I think during this week I will take a TV fast so to speak, just to fully experience guarding my own gates.
